From May 13th to 15th, mining vehicles equipped with Shengrui mining dedicated transmissions conducted joint on-site calibration of the entire vehicle, transmission, and engine for different vehicle models, purposes, and working conditions in multiple mining areas such as Yunnan Honghe Yunxi Mine and Liaoning Benxi Ruixin Mine, providing customers with protection.
This on-site calibration includes various working conditions such as continuous up and down long slopes, continuous turns, muddy bumpy roads, cobblestone roads, and water wading roads under both empty and full load conditions. The main focus is on collecting road spectra and driving habits from mining sites and mines, calibrating shift maps, and verifying software reliability strategies to grasp first-hand data information on mining sites and mine working conditions, enriching the calibration database for mining vehicles, and laying the foundation for further improving product driving performance and reliability.
