On the morning of May 12th, the technology achievement evaluation meeting of the "Research and Industrialization of Longitudinal 8-speed Automatic Transmission for Light Commercial Vehicles" project was held at Shengrui Transmission Co., Ltd.
According to the evaluation of the Chinese Society of Automotive Engineers, the project system is complex, technically difficult, and highly innovative, with independent and controllable intellectual property rights. The project achievements have been industrialized and applied in models such as Qingling pickup trucks and China National Heavy Duty Truck Group's light trucks, with significant economic and social benefits. The overall technology of the project has reached the international advanced level, and the transmission efficiency index of the automatic transmission for light commercial vehicles under high load conditions has reached the international leading level, which is of great significance for the technological progress and energy conservation and emission reduction of the light commercial vehicle industry.
